Abstract


Research purposes: the limitation of neurodermatitis and chronic hypertrophic eczema skin hypertrophy, duration is long, not easy to cure. Beijing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine famous doctor late Mr Zhao Bingna clinically used black cream stick cure limitations hypertrophic skin, curative effect is distinct, but has not yet done system of clinical observation. The purpose of this experiment is to observe black cream stick limitations neurodermatitis treatment and clinical curative effect of chronic hypertrophic eczema, and further observe black cream stick to skin individual symptoms, severity, area, self-conscious symptom). Research methods: the prospective, its evaluation method of after treatment compared before treatment, the objective to evaluate the effect of black paste pull rod. Research results: this study into the set of limitations neurodermatitis and chronic hypertrophic eczema patients a total of 31 cases, including 1 case because of adverse reactions to exit this clinical observation. Analyzed by rank and inspection, three single symptom, after treatment than before treatment with significant difference. Conclusion: black paste pull rod can significantly improve the limitations neurodermatitis and chronic hypertrophic eczema skin hypertrophy degree, reduce lesion size and alleviate itching self-conscious symptom, reduce skin lesions PASI score improvement.
