Abstract


Study Shijiazhuang City, kindergarten teaching staff self-evaluation , self-esteem and psychological well-being of the situation , influencing factors and to study the relationship , aimed at the improvement of the quality of working life for kindergarten teaching staff , improve the management of the nursery , kindergarten staff productivity , improve the quality of education to provide a theoretical basis . The study used a stratified random sampling 367 of Shijiazhuang City, kindergarten teaching staff , the use of the Ryff the Cui Chunhua adaptation psychological well-being scale , self- rating scale , JI Yi - Fu and Yu Xin translated Self-Esteem Scale ( The Self - Esteem Scale , SES ) to investigate , using analysis of variance , correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis method to process the data , the following conclusions : (1) Shijiazhuang City, kindergarten teaching staff self - esteem , self-evaluation , psychological well-being in the overall level higher . (2) marital status , seniority , the type of kindergarten , kindergarten nature , income and other factors kindergarten Paul teaching staff self-esteem , self-evaluation , psychological well-being sense of impact ; while the degree is not significantly affect the self-esteem , self-evaluation and psychological well-being sense of the factors . (3 ) the relationship between the factors of self-esteem , self-evaluation , psychological well-being , self-acceptance may be in the center of these factors , the autonomy not significantly affect the direct factor of the working situation of self-evaluation . And on the basis of the findings put forward promote kindergarten Paul teaching staff of psychological well-being sense of the recommended : (1) focus on the kindergarten educational quality construction , improve the level of Office Park , is improved kindergarten Paul teaching staff of self - esteem , self-evaluation and psychological well-being sense of the important way, but also an important way of building a harmonious society . But also according to the nature of the kindergarten has been focused on the management of the kindergarten . (2) use of incentives, effectively promote the work of kindergarten teaching staff motivated to train and motivate . Improve the self-esteem of the nursery staff need to be based on higher wages , improve their sense of belonging , a sense of stability in order to achieve the desired effect , not just raise wages . (3 ) focus on kindergarten teaching staff in vocational emotional culture , enhance employees' psychological well-being and the kindergarten office park level .
