Remote sensing radiometric correction is very important essential for quantitative remote sensing technology . In the process of solar radiation transmission , because of atmospheric interference the information received by the sensor is not only the surface information , also including atmospheric interference information , so that the same feature in the different images with different spectral information ; However , in practical applications , image stitching , dynamic monitoring and quantitative research work required if the actual surface information will need to be removed from the image information of the atmospheric interference atmospheric Correction . Therefore , the correction of atmospheric radiation is the basis of remote sensing quantitative remote sensing application development and an important prerequisite . Radiometric correction model commonly used in several comparative analysis , summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each model , the statistical analysis of the various model calibration results carried out class . This paper the MODIS data retrieval of atmospheric parameters - aerosols and water vapor , atmospheric parameters will be input to the 6S model , under the prevailing atmospheric conditions atmospheric correction coefficient , and then simulate the relationship of the surface height and atmospheric parameters , the use of this related the relationship between the atmospheric correction . Higher the 6S model accuracy based on the theory of radiative transfer , but the main atmospheric input parameters is difficult to accurately obtain the 6S model has several standard atmospheric model , instead of local atmospheric models with a standard atmospheric model there are bound to be some error . This article by three different methods from MODIS image retrieval of atmospheric water vapor content of the comparative analysis of three methods can be found in the three-channel method is more suitable for the Fuzhou atmospheric water vapor inversion ; dark target inversion of aerosol content ; the inversion of the aerosol and vapor content input to the 6S model , to obtain the correlation model of the surface height and atmospheric correction coefficient ; atmospheric correction coefficient based on the image element and then based on this correlation model obtained on the basis of DEM with atmospheric the correction factor for the image atmospheric correction , and then based on accurate radiation correction like element . By comparing the respective correction results can be found, a higher correction accuracy of the improved method .
