Abstract


BOT model to solve the urban infrastructure construction in the government 's financial burden , single investment channels and high investor risk has been more widely used in the construction field . Because the BOT model many participants , the financing model is complex , in practical applications , there are still many problems , especially the risk of BOT projects . In recent years, the risks of the BOT projects for foreign investment projects , relatively little research risks for the domestic private capital to participate in the construction of urban infrastructure . Therefore, the strengthening of the risk study of the BOT model , establish a sound risk management system for private enterprises, private capital to participate in the construction of urban infrastructure plays a significant role in promoting . The paper describes the process of the emergence and development of the BOT model , summed up the domestic and foreign research on the BOT model and application status . The introduction of the privatization of urban investment and construction \Discusses the basic theory and methods of risk studies for BOT projects , the implementation of the various risks in the process , compared to the existing quantitative analysis methods , the establishment of a risk prediction model based on BP neural network . Through integrated analysis, the the BOT model the importance of risk , and provide a reference for the project risk managers better cope with risks . The paper through case studies, the collection and collation of relevant data on a BOT project risk , risk analysis and evaluation of the use of BP neural network prediction model , to verify the whole process of risk management , the risk responses , similar projects a reference for .
