Abstract


Urban infrastructure as the basic material conditions for socio-economic growth should keep pace with growth in economic output . Our current urban infrastructure development lagging increasingly prominent problem of inadequate investment There are many reasons , the paper argues that investment in a single channel is the main question , in order to explore the field of urban infrastructure construction, new investment and financing mode . This thesis analyzes the current situation of the urban infrastructure construction and BOT model theory, correlation analysis on BOT basis with urban infrastructure , BOT way to illustrate a trend in the financing of urban infrastructure construction . Subsequently , the BOT in the implementation of our review , the proposed the BOT development issues where , which focus on analysis of urban infrastructure BOT concept , institutional , legal , investment channels and the many obstacles facing the talent mechanism , and in Based on this, the combination of the characteristics of a new round of BOT theory of quasi- BOT Finally, a few suggestions on the operation of the BOT . In summary, this article from the point of view of the theory and practice demonstrated the feasibility and value of the implementation of BOT model in urban infrastructure , and analysis of the problem of the BOT model , proposed a more comprehensive improvements to further strengthen the government the BOT model deepening theory of BOT and looking forward to the prospects for its application .
