Abstract

Dishuihu is built on the beach shoals of large lakes, is the largest artificial lake of the urban landscape, the lake through the Dazhi River quote from the Huangpu River. The river of water dripping from the lake and the farm center from January 2007 to December 12 times sampling survey, nine sampling points were set a sampling point, which Dishuihu eight sampling points, farms Center River. Physical and chemical indicators of river dripping Lake Farm Centre, phytoplankton community structure and variation made meticulous research, the diversity of phytoplankton diversity index analysis between phytoplankton and environmental factors the relationship between nutrition and water to assess the extent, to provide background information for the water environmental protection work in the future, and also to provide basic data for the shoals lakes (reservoirs). In this study, the following results:. Dishuihu annual average water temperature of 18.25 ℃, changes in the range of 6.1 to 28.8 ℃; transparency little difference between the Lake District points, an average of 50.6cm Farm Centre River slightly higher to 56.5 cm; pH value of the alkaline, average 9.00; salinity average 2.81g/1000g, higher than normal lakes main shoals Sediment; Lakes dissolved oxygen (average 9.98mg / L), the COD (average The value of 12.38 mg / L), TN (average 1.12 Mg / L), TP (average value of 0.10 mg / L) changes, according to the result of the TN / TP Dishuihu nitrogen limitation type lakes. 2. Phytoplankton were identified to 55 genera and 86 species, mostly freshwater algae, belonging to eight doors; dominant algae Chlorophyta, 23 genera and 43 species, accounting for 50.0% of the total; followed Cyanophata, 9 genera and 17 species, accounting for 30.4% of the total; Bacillariophyta 12 genera and 14 species; accounted for 16.3% of the total. Dominant species: Lake District the The single galbana case the Chromulina, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Chlamydomonas, fiber algae Ankistrodesmus, flutter the alga Oscillatoria oval algae Cocconeis; farm center of the river mainly the single Chrysophyta galbana Chromulina, Chlorophyta clothing algae Chlamydomonas sp and pointed algae Raphidiopsis diatoms door Chaetoceros Chaetoceros and small ring algal Cylotella, cryptalgal door cryptalgal Cryptomonas. Types of seasonal changes, changes in species and genera are consistent, at least in February, May identified to the widest range; Lakes region of most species of green algae greatest impact on the overall trend. The phytoplankton community showed the characteristics of small and large quantities. The maximum number of individuals in May, the minimum in July. Seasonal variation of biomass Dishuihu largest single galbana. The annual average concentration of chlorophyll a 29.35mg/m3, horizontal and seasonal distribution of phytoplankton biomass. The 3. Physicochemical and biological indicators Dishuihu. The result is: strong correlation between the number of phytoplankton biomass and salinity, DO, SD; salinity and the amount of phytoplankton biomass, single galbana, DO, SD strong; visible salinity is connected phytoplankton and physical and chemical indicators of the bridge. 4. Use of the various physical and chemical indicators of phytoplankton indicators and correction Carlson index of nutritional status indicators evaluated nutritional status Dishuihu, the results for the physical and chemical indicators, chlorophyll a and advantages of algae are eutrophic state; biomass, total TSI as eutrophication. The results of the evaluation of each indicator differences, showed that single-factor evaluation Dishuihu eutrophication there are some limitations. Comprehensive analysis of the water dripping from the water quality of the lake as a whole is moderate eutrophication level.
