Abstract


OBJECTIVES1 To summary the clinical characters and to determine the correlative factors with recurrence of endometriosis after conservative surgery.2 To explore the operative technique of endometriosis.3 To investigate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine in Preventing recurrence of endometriosis after conservative surgery.4 To compare the different consequences in infertility women after conservative surgery with different clinical types .MATERIALS AND METHODSA cohort study was performed on 203 patients who had a minimum of 6 months of follow-up after conservative surgery for endometriosis. All patients underwent clinical or telephonic interview.RESULTS1 The results of clinical characters and the correlative factors with recurrence are as following tables. 2 There are 147 patients in the satisfactory group and the recurrence rate is 16.3%. Meanwhile the recurrence rate of the disaffect-group is 55.4% (P<0.01 ) .3 Recurrence rate of the herb-therapy group is 18.52%, which is obviously lower than that of un-herb therapy-group. 4 The consequence of Infertility women (P>0.05) .CONCLUSIONS1 EM ,a common disease of child-bearing age women.The main reasons of doctors’visiting are pain and infertility.Most of the patients had induced abortion histories. CA125 and B- ultrasonic are attribute to important methods for diagnosis . CA125≥27.4±6.7 have diagnostic value.These findings suggest that the age、symptom、clinical stages、CA125、degree of operative satisfaction、pregnancy and pharmacotherapy after conservative surgery are relative factors for recurrence.Principle of therapy for OEM: to look forward to pregnancy or to use pharmacotherapy after conservative surgery.2 Four key points for successful surgery of OEM(Ⅰ、ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC)are :To recuperateing anatomic structure by dissection of adhesions;To get rid of ectopic focus thoroughly;To obviate suturation and cautery;to reserve as much as ovarian action.3 Pregnancy or pharmacotherapy (Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine) after conservative surgery ismodus operandi for endometriosis.4 Recurrence and pregnant rate of endometriosis after conservative surgery have nothing to do with clinical typing during our statistical study, but have adscendent tendency . Allowing for our sample size is not enough,we will keep on studying by increasing our sample size.
