Objective: To determine kidney cancer patients undergoing operative peripheral blood angiogenic factors platelet -derived growth factor ( PDGF - BB) , vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase -9 (MMP-9) and renal venous blood in surgery PDGF - BB, VEGF , MMP - 9 levels to explore its biological characteristics and kidney cancer , kidney cancer diagnosis, treatment relationship . Methods: 29 cases of RCC nephrectomy kidney cancer patients , collected 24 hours prior to the kidney cancer patients , 48, 96 hours after peripheral blood and tumor side renal venous blood in 19 cases of renal cell carcinoma patients , using ELISA detected specimens of PDGF- BB , VEGF and MMP - 9 levels , combined with the clinical characteristics of the statistical analysis . Results : PDGF-BB (pg / ml) VEGF (pg / ml) and MMP - 9 ( μg / ml ) 24 hours before surgery , 48, 96 hours after surgery , intraoperative tumor side renal venous blood were 8419 to 15790 ( 13750), 7581 ~ 11476 (9355), 8327 ~ 15674 (11829), 10337 ~ 24757 (18428); 356.3 ~ 1284.5 (732.5), 264.5 ~ 695.2 (458.3), 418.5 ~ 1209.3 (624.1Z), 396.4 ~ 1658.4 ( 937.4 ) and 403.3 to 954.7 ( 677.2 ) 250.7 582.7 ( 384.6 ) 374.7 886.4 ( 651.4 ) , 694.5 to 1484.3 ( 1035.5 ) . Tumor poorly differentiated (G3) VEGF levels higher than the better differentiated tumors (G1, G2) (p lt; 0.05), late stage patients (Ⅲ Ⅳ) VEGF levels higher than the earlier patients (Ⅰ Ⅱ) (p lt ; 0.05). Conclusion : 1 PDGF -BB , VEGF and MMP-9 levels in kidney cancer postoperative decline rapidly rebounded after a certain period of time , renal venous blood level is higher than in the tumor side peripheral blood prompted renal cell carcinoma may produce above factor main generation source . 2 blood levels of VEGF and renal cell cancer is closely related to the progress of differentiation and invasive .
