Abstract


As the arriving Era of Population Aging and the increasingly severe osteoporosis in elder, the incidence of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elder raises year by year. It is helpful to raise the Academic Research Level and guide clinical practice investigating choice and evaluation of fixation method for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elder.Mehod: consult the core journal in the recent 10 years,screen and summarize,and then analysis indications and contraindications of different methods.Conclusion: The first choice of The treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur is surgical treatment, different operation schemes are depended on the types of fracture and the characteristics of the internal fixation.Personalized therapeutic scheme should be arranged accordding to the disease of different patients and the situation of operation.
