Abstract


In the fierce market competition at present, technological innovation is increasingly important and has already become the basic driving force to the survival and development of an enterprise. It is also the key form and promoted an enterprise’s sustainable competitive advantages. However, successful technological innovation depends on organizing it effectively. Many enterprise actualize technological innovation without organize change and integrate, so the technological innovation is hard to successful. Research indicated that conventional organization mode is not fit the development of technological innovation, the organization integration mode will be the substitute, neglect the organization integration is one of the major factor to lead failure of technological innovation. So the research of technological innovation’s organization integration mode have important academic and practical meaning in optimize the enterprise function mechanism, advance the innovation ability holistic, buildup the enterprise’s market competitive ability.This paper advanced three dimension model of technological innovation’s organization integration mode on the base of analysis this mode’s evolvement process and behave form, analyze and describe organization integration mode from the three aspect innovation union, integration degree and organization structure, discuss the build of organization integration mode from the three aspect, and appraise the effectiveness of this mode, and set up appraisal mode of organization effectiveness based on technological innovation’s performance. In the end, this paper do a case analysis base on paper’s academic frame. This paper’s research production will have some help that people understand the technological innovation’s organization integration mode, hold the effect of the mode in enterprise’s technological innovation and then apply this mode to do technological innovation effectively.
