Coal is China’s important strategic resource, Energy consumption structure in China occupies a dominant position. In recent years, With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, Safety in coal mines has been increasingly paid to national, government and community’s attention.Frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents is caused by many various factors . In the whole quality management, typically cause of the coal accident is divided into four aspects. Production of non-compliance, Production equipment, methods of operation, the production environment ,after analysising various of factors of Incidents that have taken place in Fu Wulong Mining Group Company, then observe these factors on the impact of coal mine accidents.A cluster random sampling method to obtain the data, and use SPSS as data analysis tools ,the model validation and analysis of the mechanism. This paper draw the conlusion that production and operation method of violations are the two main important factors of .Study focused on the production staff for violations of mine safety and production, these affect the employee’s violations of factors, including staff salaries System, the weakening of employee safety awareness, staff psychological and physiological, etCBased on the status of Wulong branch Fu Mine Safety Management Group, this paper analysis the company’s unreasonable in safety management ,then analysis affect of company’s safety management in the unreasonablEThe suggestion of making corporate security personnel to improve production management recommendations, Including the establishment of a reasonable security-oriented incentive compensation system, Raise the overall pay levels, To enhance security awareness training and strengthening supervision.
