Abstract

Food processing features and characteristics of the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater SBR reactor, packed bed reactor for the treatment of high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater process, the degradation of high concentrations of ammonia wastewater ammonia oxidizing bacteria strains isolated and screened, its growth characteristics and culture conditions were studied populations of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria in the reactor molecular ecology research results are as follows: 1, SBR reactor influent ammonia concentration of 2500mg / L, The hydraulic retention time is 48 hours, at pH 7.5, dissolved oxygen concentration of 1mg / L, the entire reactor can maintain a high efficiency of the nitrosation reaction of nitrite accumulation rate can reach 80% or more. The ScS temperature nitrification performance in the 25-30 ° C between the reactor and found little effect of temperature for the system. (2) the use of the SBR reactor, influent ammonia concentration to 1000 mg / L, hydraulic retention time of 24 hours, pH 7.5, dissolved oxygen concentration of 3 mg / L, ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency can reach 99%, the reactor the nitrate generation stability, more than 85%, less the amount of nitrite generated. Investigated for some of the characteristics of the sludge, sludge settling characteristics, SV 35-40, sludge particle size distribution of about 183μm. Vaccination nitrosated sludge packed-bed reactor after two weeks biofilm microbial attachment in good condition. Reactor was operated at pH 7.5, dissolved oxygen 3mg / L of ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 90% or more, the reactor generated nitrite nitrogen (75%). At a temperature of 20 ° C, 25 ° C, 30 ° C conditions, the entire reactor temperature of a high degree of tolerance by the external effects of temperature change is very small. Activated sludge samples from the SBR reactor by line method for purification and separation, filter out the four relatively degrading strains of ammonia nitrogen. Degradation rate of ammonia strain GT-1 culture conditions were studied, the results showed that the strains GT-I speed 220r/min, temperature 30 ° C, pH 8.5 when the ammonia nitrogen removal. 5, using the TA cloning technique and restriction amoA gene sequence specific primers were designed to nitrification reactor activated sludge samples total DNA as the template for amplification of amoA gene, built amoA gene library. And use of restriction enzymes have been classified by sequencing the different types of bacteria amoA gene sequence. Measured sequences in NCBI sequence for comparison, results show that most of the dominant flora within the reactor is uncultured microorganisms.
