Abstract


Objective: This study non fenofibrate and candesartan two drugs alone or in combination, the blood pressure of patients with hypertension treatment combined hypertriglyceridemia, triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, C-reactive protein and flow-mediated brachial artery diastolic values ??change. Methods: 46 cases of patients with hypertension combined hypertriglyceridemia were randomly divided into three treatment groups: the fenofibrate group: 300mg fenofibrate (100mgtid) placebo / day; candesartan group: 8mg candesartan placebo / day; combination therapy group: 300mg fenofibrate (100mgtid) 8mg candesartan / day. The experiments take a randomized, placebo-controlled trial design. The measurement of blood pressure. Detection of brachial artery flow-mediated relaxation response. Biochemical markers using kits produced in Japan and Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd. and Hitachi HITEC7180 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: 1, before and after the treatment, the combination therapy group and candesartan monotherapy group in systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Combination therapy group than in the candesartan monotherapy group can be more pronounced reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (P <0.05). 2, fenofibrate monotherapy group or combination therapy could significantly reduce total cholesterol, triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels (P <0.05). Compared with candesartan treatment group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). However, fenofibrate treatment group and combined treatment group difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). 3, after the combined treatment group patients with plasma C-reactive protein levels than before treatment decreased significantly (P <0.05), and compared with a single treatment group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). , The fenofibrate therapy group, the combined treatment group and the candesartan group of flow-mediated brachial artery diastolic values ??with baseline values ??significantly increased (P <0.05). And the combination therapy group compared with the monotherapy group increased more significantly (P <0.05). 5, SPSS11.5 software linear correlation analysis, plasma C-reactive protein levels change and blood pressure, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were positively correlated. Conclusion: The combination therapy of fenofibrate and candesartan in reducing blood pressure, C-reactive protein and flow-mediated brachial artery relaxation response to monotherapy than two drugs even more significant clinical effect.
