Abstract


Important role and strategic position of financial management in the enterprise management has been widely recognized. Among them , fund management is the core issue of corporate financial management . Companies need decision-makers to fully focus on money management , select the management models and tools for business survival and long-term requirements of the development . Reform and opening up three decades, multinational business in China 's growing development matures . China gradually get rid of the role of simple processing plant , has been more and more attention of multinational corporations . Multinational companies willing to put their advanced management experience to introduce enterprises to invest in China . The introduction of a number of multinational companies in the management of funds , the mode of settlement center or financial center support Chinese management needs . These modes of practice , also aware of the economic and financial environment face with Chinese characteristics , they need to achieve a breakthrough in the traditional concept of financial management on the basis of , for China to make the appropriate adjustments , with the greatest improvement funds use efficiency . This article describes the operation of multinational financial management mechanism , combined with our Group at this stage enterprise organizational structure and cash management regulatory environment , describes the obstacles encountered in the process of fund management progress , provide a useful reference for multinational capital management .
