Abstract


Intensive traffic is the development of a modern economy and society and the development of public transport urgently needed , with huge economic and social benefits , far-reaching significance. Looking abroad, especially in developed countries, the development process of transportation , although the basic national conditions of different countries , the choice of measures established roads and different, but the pursuit of establishing economic and social development compatible , coordination between the various modes of transport the goal is convergence . Based on the study abroad, especially in developed countries, integrated transport system development process, general rules and trends, objective analysis of the level of development of Qingdao traffic , problems and influencing factors , based on the proposed traffic intensive development of Qingdao main framework , objectives and measure. This article points out , the traffic to achieve intensive development, is to the highest overall efficiency of transport , the overall objective of the best benefits , to achieve intensive development of various modes of transport and utilization : the transport resources in the national economy and the various modes of transport get a reasonable , effective and optimal configuration to the lowest social cost , fully meet the economic and social development , building a new socialist countryside and the people safe and convenient travel requirements. This paper emphasizes the development of intensive traffic , must be integrated co-ordinate the overall layout of various modes of transport ; must pay attention to the development of science and technology and information technology huge impact on traffic and progress : the need to strengthen transport infrastructure , environmental protection and comprehensive transport sector energy conservation ; must transport development investment and financing system reform . This paper proposes to build the ultimate modern highway network , built port production and shipping service system, building railway transit system, build domestic portal aviation hub , set up transportation market management and service system , building of rural public transport network , built three-dimensional system of urban public transport services , to create a new pattern of modern logistics intensive development goals.
