Abstract

Since the reform and opening up , China's foreign trade development has made remarkable achievements , made ??great contributions to China 's economic development . However, in quite a long time and even China's current trade development mode still has the \characteristics. Therefore , the pull of rapid economic growth in China's foreign trade at the same time , we should also see that many problems exist in the trade development mode , such as : export processing trade ; export enterprises to foreign-based ; major export growth mode extensive quantity expansion growth ; export surplus is too large , and frequent trade frictions . On the one hand , there are many enterprises ( including foreign-invested enterprises ) engaged in the production and export of resource-intensive or pollution -intensive products , on the other hand there are a considerable number of enterprises can not adapt to the international mainstream market rigorous green standards , green low international competitiveness . A considerable extent , these problems exacerbate the conflict between trade and environment , reflects China's trade development model is neither sustainable nor in line with the requirements of the new path of industrialization in China . In this paper, first introduced the cycle of economic theory and developing countries export-oriented foreign trade development strategy , as the study of the theoretical background and foundation ; then , on the basis of the analysis of the current characteristics of China's foreign trade development mode and its causes , elaborated the mode of the unsustainability of reasons, discusses the direction of the transformation of the mode ; from a business perspective through the development of recycling economy , analysis of the microscopic mechanisms to promote the transformation of China's trade development mode , and circular economy , the new road to industrialization and trade development mode transformation of the relationship described . Finally , from trade policy , industrial policy , environmental policy , and fiscal and tax policies to promote trade development mode transformation put forward countermeasures and suggestions . In this paper, the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods , the subject of trade development mode transformation system , the purpose is to make some contribution through the study of the theory and practice of China's trade , to help achieve a global trade power goals.
