Abstract


This paper mainly focus the logistics development analyzes of Shanhai Pudong International airport with the guidance of Strategy Management theory. At first, the author briefed the history and situation of the Shanghai Airport Group, described the problems it confronts with, then use the environmental analyze tool to research every factor of external environment and internal one in detail. Based on this and the main strategy of Shanghai Airport Group, the author put forward the whole logistic strategy of Shanghai Pudong Airport, and each goal of three steps, then explained the structure plan of the future.Comparing the main strategy and the sub-strategy - building a compound air cargo hub of the Asia-Pacific area, the author proved building the air cargo hub’s necessity to logistic development, and proved the role of Shanghai Pudong Airport in the operational mode of ’one city two airports’. Then the author used the SWOT matrix to list several important points of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat. When analyzing the 6 forces interactivity outside the company, some competition and cooperation tactics for every force are provided.At the end of this paper, thinking about the weakness application of strategy of using SWOT and 6 forces interactive mode theories, the dynamic execution of strategy was added, and lists three most important rules as putting the logistic development strategy to action.
