Abstract


Along with the thrifty development of national economy, the progress of urbanization is becoming quickly, so it is impossible to avoid the serious water-pollution as result of the modernized industry and a great deal of water is suffering from the contamination, including municipal water and industrial water use. Therefore, that how to dispose the pollution,which proper financing model the government will adopt and how to attract civilian strength to invest the disposal of municipal water-pollution are gradually becoming focus for the disposal environment .Based on the industry, it is a good idea to adopt BOT model to invest municipal water-disposal, which will be benefited from each other. In the process, governmental functions focuses on attracting more powerful investor to invest the infrastructure, however, its cost is increasing income which is fast developed.At first, the dissertation analyses the industrialization of national municipal water-disposal market and then discusses advantages of making use of the BOT financing model to invest the municipal water-disposal; subsequently, it sets forth constructive advice about the feasibility of project which municipal water-disposal utilizes BOT financing model and expatiates the contributing factors on the projects which municipal water-disposal utilizes BOT financing model. Meanwhile, it totally analyses the all kinds of investment venture of the projects. By the way that makes the infrastructure commercialize and private, the model cannot only bring in the advanced technique and management experiences and At last, according to the typical case named the project of NANJIN XINLIN water-disposal, it detailedly discusses the particular operation procedures of the projects, using BOT financing model to invest municipal water-disposal.The research of the dissertation can have active affect on relative people in some degree, and it inspires people to understand the BOT model right, make reasonable analysis for the investment accordingly, establish the scientific financing model and boost the efficiency of the water-disposal.
