Abstract


In recent years, laws and regulations appropriate corporal punishment by teachers or disguised corporal punishment on students' behavior made ??stricter prohibitions . With the introduction of the corresponding law , the community is now growing calls for ban on corporal punishment . But for the issue of corporal punishment , the community there is a lot of controversy. Precisely because of this , in the face corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form , the teachers seemed overwhelmed. There were two extreme attitudes : First, in reality there are still many teachers continue to go its own way , the students implement \As teachers suspected of violating the law of corporal punishment , it is often tension between the teachers and students and teachers in a passive state. Second, there are many teachers did talk about \This makes this type of problem students more emboldened , and even disrupt the normal teaching order . In both cases though diametrically opposed , but they are affecting the efficiency and quality of education and teaching . Specification disciplinary authority of teachers can effectively solve the above problems , the national law should be given the right to discipline teachers , and its specification.
