The global economic crisis to the development of domestic enterprises has brought new challenges,Hanjiang Group of Danjiangkou City has strived to develop the internal hardware facilities,consolidate power infrastructure, in order to achieve the aggregation and sharing of resources of the three high-energy consumption industry on the expansion of the industrial chains,such as iron alloy, silicon carbide, calcium carbide, form the industrial variety and scale advantages,in order to achieve the above strategic objectives,to meet the needs of power consumption demand in the high energy consumption industries, the Hanjiang Group decided to invest more than 10 million yuan to construct a 110kV transformer substation.According to the Hanjiang Group in the project management methodology behind the existence of management, resulting in schedule delays, high costs,prone to such issues as safety and quality, in order to solve the problems in the management of Hanjiang Group,this paper set up the 110KV substation construction project of Hanjiang Group as the research object,start the study.This article firstly analyzed the problems that existed on the project management in the Hanjiang Group,and then made the acute analysis of the 110KV substation construction project management, finally made use of the PERT & CPM to decompose the project process,and arrange the process time, through analysis and calculation to find the project’s critical path, using the critical path to optimize the time of the project. To suggest the improvement method in project management of the Hanjiang Group and to solve problems on the Group’s project management, develop a quality management program for the project, project management program, project cost management programs,and project management, implementation of the program,promote the successful completion of the project.Through the 110KV substation construction project management research, and promoting the Hanjiang Group,the successful completion of 110KV substation in the 110KV substation project successfully completed, the substation of power supply can reach 780 million kilowatts per hour, the average annual income can be achieved 2 billion yuan to improve the economic benefits of the Hanjiang Group, to ensure high energy consumption enterprises, reliability and security of electricity for normal production of high energy consumption of enterprises laid a solid foundation. Through the research of the project management of the 110KV substation construction,to solve the problems in the project management of the Hanjiang Group and other project management in the future reference.
