Abstract


Nowadays by the fast development of financial business and information technology, process of banking business is under reorganization, while the bank focus more and more on their core business, with which the meaning of concentrating the source in the field of relative advantage, and out-source the non-core business to exterior professional institution to increase the competitive advantage and enhance the capability of development. According to it own situation, with full consideration of choice of out-sourcing content, service provider, policy of risk-proof, banking institutions carry on timely moderate tries in out-sourcing business on the principle of security first & effictiveness preferencial. Meanwhile as an international trend, for those professional company engaged in out-sourcing business, huge market opportunity exists.This article analyze TS company’s bank bill & document image BPO business against GD bank, describe the development & trend of global financial out-sourcing market, discuss the rise & developing trend of bank bill & document image out-sourcing business, and depict the advantage & core competitiveness for TS company in the out-sourcing service of financial bills comprehensive business.
