Abstract


With the increasingly fierce international competition, the international oil companies operating philosophy has been transformed for the pursuit of the assets to maximize the benefits. This article by studying the international oil companies operating strategy, combined with China National Offshore Oil Corporation's strategic planning and analysis of the Tianjin Branch offshore oil (gas) field of asset management the status quo, proposed maritime oil (gas) field as assets implementation of complete management management ideas. This paper presents the implementation of asset integrity management of the Tianjin Branch offshore oil (gas) field planning analysis of asset integrity management theory, in order to better control the production and management of marine oil (gas) field during various risks the company effective oil (gas) field assets to create greater value for money. With the author's company offshore oil (gas) field, the actual production conditions and characteristics, comparative analysis and evaluation of production management and international oil companies oil (gas) field asset management evaluation found that the current production management evaluation indicators can not comprehensively reflect the status and management of asset integrity management level, and introduced the concept of asset efficiency. Asset efficiency in the pursuit of oil (gas) field to maximize the capacity as the core, the oil (gas) fields to achieve the best economic benefits and the highest operational efficiency by controlling the various risks in the working process, it can reflect asset integrity management objectives. Subsequent article elaborated the various factors affect the efficiency of the asset in the process of production and management of oil (gas) field, in particular, facilities efficient and wells efficiency of various factors detailed analysis for oil (gas) field production management system, to identify the main way to improve asset efficiency, especially on-site production management, staff training the full productive maintenance repair (TPM), the facilities inspection mechanism to establish a risk-based, PDCA cycle, \management, establish safety stock, set up the device information management system management mode and method. Combined with the management of oil (gas) field and practice the efficiency of the use of the assets of asset management of oil (gas) field evaluation of the application instance. Finally, combine the oil (gas) field evaluation status of the production management system, the efficiency of asset integrity management evaluation assets as an opportunity to establish key performance evaluation of the management of oil and gas production, oil (gas) field used to guide field production management.
