Abstract


System of garden green land is the indispensable link of ecological function’s links in cities, and setting up the scientific and reasonable the system of economic assessment is the effective guarantee of garden green system construction’ rationality. Nowadays, most of our country’s city’s green land system economic assessment are unilateral, single, and lack of comprehensive assessment’s system, and leads to the existence of problem that the green land system takes one thing into consideration to the neglect of the other and the construction project can’t reach the target. Therefore, we should necessarily carry out the complete analysis of city garden green land system, and set up the comprehensive evaluation index.This paper, firstly, according to the all-round analysis to the benefit of s garden green land system, find the proper beginning point, and introduce the economic assessment basic theory and value’s engineering analysis assessment’s theory, and emphatically analyzes the main factor of affecting the garden greening project economic assessment, and analyze and set up quantization’calculation’s method and formula of three second grade indexes under the economic benefit first grade index and six second grade indexes under ecological benefit first grade index, and finally adopt the two methods of value’s engineering method and economic assessment and comprehensive consider, and taking value coefficient and net present value as the basis, therefore obtaining the final result of scientific and quantization’s comprehensive assessment to judge the good and bad of construction project, and,as the effective tool when choosing many schemes to make the comprehensive analysis more and more reasonable and scientific first grade indexes.
