Abstract


College student apartment building is one of the priorities of China 's colleges and universities logistical support teaching . College student apartment building investment model comparison and selection , economic evaluation and investment risk research discussed in detail and analysis of infrastructure investment in the economy , economic analysis from the construction investment point of view to determine the investment in the construction of some value performance indicators , and infrastructure project Investment Risk management . The construction project investment risk identification, assessment and analysis . Illustrates the theoretical basis of the analysis and evaluation of construction projects , demonstration analysis and evaluation of the risk analysis steps are described . In this paper, the investment theory of economic analysis and risk analysis of the theoretical analysis of the feasibility of infrastructure projects investment decisions , given the comprehensive evaluation of the degree of risk and risk analysis .
