Abstract


With the social transformation, the following is people’s lifestyle change. Urban Core family sports adaptation appears is essentially lifestyle transformation in level of transition and replacement. This depends on the influence and restriction of many factors. The research paper uses the literature review, questionnaire survey, compara- tive analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods to make urban nuclear family life as a sport object to study their status and the major constraints. The results show:1. Of the nuclear family children are aged 7-19 years old and age of the parents is more in the 36 - 40 years of age. Parental education level is in the largest number of high school graduates and parents to physical type of professional career most.2. More than half of the surveyed core of family members love and actively participate in physical exercise and hold that physical exercise in the family is essential and necessary. Parents of Nuclear family take the initiative to guide the exercise for their children. 3/4 of the nuclear family expressed willingness to start gradually from the core of family sports physical exercise. Nearly 4/5 parents in the nuclear family are concerned about their children’s physical activity. Physical exercise habits of nuclear family children are largely impacted by the school physical education by the family of sub-it.3. Of the nuclear family children in different stages of education take on different forms of exercises.Children at the primary stage of the nuclear family participate in family of three as their main sporting activities, while the performance of high school is obviously separate activities for individuals majority. In addition, the mother’s influence for the children in elementary school is more significant than that in the secondary stage. The frequency and time of physical exercise of nuclear families show that of one year, nearly 1/6 of youth even do not attend sports activities. The situation in the nuclear family is more serious in adults.The program of physical exercise is diversified, mainly walking, jogging and fitness ball. Physical training places are mainly in open space of the community, green space of parks, home gardens or school playground.4. Most of the core annual family sports average consumption are for the purchase of apparel, shoes or sports equipments. Others are paid for venues, training , buying newspapers and magazines,and participating in competitions.5. Restriction elements for the core of family sports are: leisure time, space, equipments, income, cultural values, fitness instruction and school sports. According to study their status, this paper proposes the urban core operation strategy of family physical life, namely, the role of government functions, concept changing lifestyle, establishing urban core family sports, school sports and social sports integration system.
