Abstract


The rise of Internet banking in the mid-1990s , with its the convenient shortcut characteristics has been a rapid development in the global . However , technological innovation , while a huge revenue for the bank , to the bank to trigger a new special risk . These risks affect the sound operation of the bank at the same time , the online banking regulatory enormous challenges . Scholars at home and abroad on the network banks risk particularity its lack of a comprehensive control system . In view of this , we select the topic as thesis research directions . This paper introduced the concept of online banking , business and its development history began to analyze the existing problems in the development of China 's Internet banking , discovered the existence of the problem is mainly due to the risk of online banking particularity triggered . In order to solve these problems, further study of the mechanism of formation of the network banks risk , to come to the special risks of online banking generate mechanistic model , and build a network special bank risk management mechanism . Finally, using the case study method demonstrated technical measures , management mechanism and legal awareness of the important role of the control of the special risks of online banking . This article is an exploratory study , using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research , mainly to the following conclusions : first , the nature of the Internet banking financial innovation in the promotion of technological innovation . Second , technological innovation triggered along with new products ( business ) , a new method of production ( process) , new markets , new sources of raw materials or semi-finished products supply , new organizational forms of Internet banking special risks . Third , the special risks of online banking with the changing technology innovation , the risk characteristics of the technology itself, penetrate into the special risks of online banking . Some of the special risks of Internet banking between the risk of the transmission mechanism . Fourth, the the network banks need to establish a set of persistent risk monitoring model .
