Abstract


With the economic globalization and the development of the project management , the construction industry is increasingly complex relations of production . The subcontract works more and more projects subcontractors become an inevitable trend of the market-oriented and corporate development . The subcontractor management becomes more and more important . The project subcontract management is one of the important elements of the project management , it plays an increasingly important role in the project management . Establish a scientific , standardized , standardized management workflow can complete the increased efficiency of the management of the business , so that the whole management system optimization , which can effectively achieve the overall project objectives .
