Abstract


General insurance , insurance companies and insurance agents and asymmetric information between the principal - agent relationship , so there is the problem of moral hazard and adverse selection . In health insurance , the insurance company contracted medical institutions to check on the patient's condition , the insurance companies and medical institutions lack of direct economic ties , so there is medical insurance fraud . In this paper, an insurance agent 's moral hazard and adverse selection problem is studied , and in the context of insurance medical insurance fraud findings for application , and obtained some meaningful conclusions . General commission agent model is simple and intuitive and easy to use , but lacks refining mission considered ; while multitasking principal-agent model is close to reality, but the model is more complex. To solve this problem , this paper first effort to refine the use of a commission - agent model under asymmetric information between insurance companies and insurance agents incentive mechanism design problem. Efforts to refine the insurance agents into three , namely exogenous Poisson random variable distribution and normal distribution in both cases the incentives for discussion. Optimal results in both cases contracts and contracts with linear correlation between the parameters . Finally, suggestions related incentives . Existing adverse selection models and agents have private information and moral hazard model agency in the general sense of the discussion focused on the theoretical analysis . Before signing the contract for insurance agents have their own types of information and after signing the insurance market information observed in both cases , the use of a separate article adverse selection models and agents possess private information and moral hazard model to analyze the optimal contract , recommended by the relevant incentives . Articles in Medicare in the context of the problem of insurance fraud application of research results , providing mechanisms for reference. The last part of the article for the full text of the work are summarized, and pointed out the need to further research.
