Abstract


\With the rapid development of the industrial economy , industrial pollution phenomenon is getting more and more serious , dramatic increase in the amount of industrial wastewater discharge , a serious impact on the sustainable economic and social development . The thesis applied knowledge and theory of microeconomics , game theory , and environmental economics , Zhejiang industrial wastewater pollution governance instance , leads to the analysis of the industrial wastewater pollution control . The main content of the paper includes four aspects : First , through the investigation of the basic data of the industrial wastewater pollution in Zhejiang Province , the establishment of econometric models to analyze the characteristics of the pollution situation , identify the factors affecting the industrial wastewater discharge its industrial wastewater pollution control the existing problems in the process ; plight of industrial wastewater pollution control economics analysis , from the perspective of game theory to analyze the conflicts of interest exist between the various economic agents ; , industrial wastewater pollution control means analysis , governance The main means of environmental economic instruments and means of government control . Because there are advantages and disadvantages of each of the different instruments of governance , combined application of governance means to achieve better environmental protection ; paper proposes policy recommendations for the treatment of industrial wastewater pollution .
