Abstract


With the development of science and technology , the courts of all types of cases , cases that require judicial appraisal annually showed a significantly increasing trend the forensic conclusions in such cases often play a decisive role in the qualitative and judgment of the case . Therefore it has been fully aware of the forensic system to achieve justice , safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties , to ensure the proper implementation of laws in the role , the reform of the forensic community concern . Through reform , people's courts and judicial administrative department shall not establish accreditation bodies , this is a major reform of our judicial identification system in the qualification process , due to the change in the pattern of forensic , had a great impact on our trial practice . This paper combined court trial practice , through judicial identification features , content and function of our judicial identification of the main system , our judicial identification of the start and the commissioned system , our judicial identification of re- identification and judicial identification conclusion of mining the letter , etc. carried explore and analysis , put forward their own suggestions for improvement , I hope to be of benefit to the reform of China 's judicial appraisal system .
