Abstract


As a developing country , under the premise of the lack of factor inputs and the lack of economic system , China has achieved remarkable economic growth . Since the beginning of the 20th century , the world began to focus on the unique mode of economic growth . Surprisingly , the eyes of the experts and scholars in China 's unique political system above the final freeze . Any system can be specific for human behavior . The analysis system is in the analysis of human behavior . Choice but to understand human behavior under different systems selection, in order to better develop and improve the system . So , this article will be promoted to local government officials as the object of analysis , research bureaucratic organization as an individual local government officials on the overall impact of the mechanism . This paper is divided into five chapters , the first chapter is the introduction , ask questions , introduce related research , as well as to define the basic concepts in the text . The second chapter describes the conduct of officials of the local government system based on a brief introduction on the basis of the behavior patterns of local government officials and institutional foundation for dynamic contact . Chapter empirical analysis , followed by analysis of the central government ( officials) , local government officials, competitors and area residents three independent variables How prompted local government officials in different combinations of system behavior changes . Chapter departure from the two different levels of local government officials and the central government , and to make recommendations to improve the behavior of local government officials . The article 's final conclusion, pointed out inadequacies in the text . As the saying goes , \Only by grasping the core of the problem , in order to hit the nail on the head . Catch up with the roots of the behavior of local government officials , we can trace back the source of timely and appropriate correction , while avoiding disadvantages .
