Abstract


The leap-over development of China’s advanced education and economic change put forward serious challenge towards traditional enterprise education. Enterprise education aroused much more attention than before and more serious requirements are put forward for pioneering quality. Enterprise education takes pioneering quality as the core and is part of quality education. It is an urgent problem to play fully the role of enterprise education and train better undergraduates’pioneering quality. On the basis of discussions about the relationship between enterprise education and quality,the problem of developing enterprise education in colleges and universities was researched, hoping to be beneficial to enterprise education in universities in the future. The paper includes six parts. The first part introduced the significance, research status, ideas, and methods, difficult and key points. The second part researched some basic theoretical problems on undergraduates’pioneering quality and education. In the research, their concepts and features were clarified, on which discussions were made about the relationship between pioneering quality and education. The third part analyzed the problems and factors in pioneering quality via research methods of cases and survey. The influential factors were illustrated from four angles: society, family, university and undergraduates themselves. The fourth part introduced undergraduate enterprise education in western countries and put forward some lessons for China. By introducing, comparing and evaluating the experience in western countries, some lessons were drawn for us. The fifth part is about the significance and status of enterprise education in Chinese colleges and universities. The theoretical and practical significance of enterprise education in universities were respectively illustrated, on the basis of which the status was analyzed. The sixth part put forward some countermeasures on undergraduates’enterprise education on the basis of clarifying the necessity of developing enterprise education.It is made clear in the paper that only the present status of undergraduates’pioneering quality is recognized and enterprise education is important, can enterprise education obtain good efficiency.
