Abstract


Armed Police Force vehicle management mostly static management the heads and Vehicle Administration department at all levels can not understand the driver in real time , speed of vehicle equipment , vehicle dynamic position in the day - to - day work and perform various tasks when not timely deployment of a variety of vehicles . If able to understand a variety of information and macro - distribution of the vehicle , then the heads of relevant departments of the forces of the day-to-day work of manipulation can do orders in a timely manner , and perform a variety of tasks . Vehicle safety management information system can achieve real-time monitoring and command of a variety of commonly used vehicles , motor vehicles , network-based, real - time dynamic vehicle management , and reduce the incidence of vehicle accidents , improve management efficiency ; achieve dynamic vehicle management and real-time command and improve the economic efficiency of military vehicles and equipment , to minimize the occurrence of vehicle accidents . Therefore , this paper will study how to design a complete vehicle security management information systems , and discuss the application of project management methodology to manage vehicle safety management information system development projects . The major contents of study include : ( 1 ) armed police vehicles Safety Management Information System developed by the whole process of job task analysis . The system design process , the use of the design ideas of software engineering , the main demand analysis , overall design , functional design , database design , and system testing , the paper a detailed study of the main steps and results of the work of these tasks . ( 2 ) Armed vehicle safety management information system development process, the project plans to study . The main scope of the project and the project to develop the project work breakdown structure and network planning . ( 3) The armed police vehicles safety management information system project management implementation method research . Study a variety of project management methods and techniques used in the implementation of the project implementation process , including the project 's schedule and cost control, quality control , configuration management ( state control ) and project contract management methods , and finally also summarizes some of the lessons learned from the implementation process of the project .
