Abstract


China 's tobacco industry is different from other industries , because the state imposed a monopoly franchise , has a monopoly and planned economy . China 's economic development , the tobacco industry plays an important role . It is special and important natural received very much attention . Crossover study on entrepreneurship and human resource management are also increasingly become a hot spot , the study of the relationship between the domestic tobacco industry human resources strategy , entrepreneurial orientation and performance is still rare . Based on this, this thesis to the Yunnan region , for example, the study investigated the relationship between the human resource strategy of the tobacco industry in the Chinese context , entrepreneurial orientation and performance , better for the government to guide and support the development of the tobacco industry and tobacco industry achieve effective management and innovation , inspired ideas , provide theoretical and empirical basis . In this study, carried out in two phases : the first phase is a literature study , the main purpose is to review and summary of the literature around the theme , the literature study found that government policy and government behavior is an important factor to affect entrepreneurship ; human resources strategy species classification , different human resource management practices will venture produce different effects ; entrepreneurial orientation dimension has to make a clear division of entrepreneurial orientation has positive effect on performance is part of the verification . The second stage is the empirical study , conduct research focused on the relationship between the impact of government policies on entrepreneurial orientation , entrepreneurial orientation of human resource strategy , and entrepreneurial orientation and performance , targeting the tobacco industry , a total of 162 valid questionnaires . Through the study found that : (1) support government policies impact on the entrepreneurial orientation , funding , technical support , and the second pioneering policies support innovation and action leading entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive effect on the risk did not significantly impact ; ( 2 ) human resources strategy impact on entrepreneurial orientation . Cumulative assist the type of human resources strategy of innovation and action leading entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive impact , did not significantly affect the risk ; (3) entrepreneurial orientation impact on performance , innovation and action leading financial performance and growth performance were significant positive impact .
