Abstract

In this study, the endophytic fungus (Acremonium coenophialum Morgan-Jones \u0026 Gams) infested and uninfested war Ⅱ (Crossfire Ⅱ) tall fescue persistent drought stress in the greenhouse infiltration tune was soluble sugar accumulation Protective Enzyme Activities and Membrane Systems continuously measured and found : 1 . Contaminated plants (E ~) soluble sugar under drought stress later in arid (soil relative water content less than 8.93% ) was significantly higher than the contaminated plants ( E ~~ - ) ( P <0.01 ) in the extreme drought conditions ( soil relative water content of less than 6.83% ) , especially the performance . Soluble sugar species measured E ~~ stem sucrose content was significantly higher than E ~ - plant stem sucrose content ( P <0.01 ) , while the changes in the content of fructose and glucose instability , but the change in trend , endogenous fungi fructose and glucose in extreme drought conditions (soil relative water content as low as 6.062% ) was able to performance . 2. Membrane system of tall fescue under drought stress protection of enzyme activity inconsistent performance in the present study . The study found that during drought stress in the E ~ plant stems , leaves, catalase (CAT) activity were significantly higher than E ~ - plants CAT enzyme activity ( P <0.05 ) differences in changes in stem significant (P <0.01). E ~ plants E ~ - plants peroxidase (POD) activity in CAT activity is the opposite , that is, during drought stress in E ~ plants POD activity was significantly lower than E ~ - POD activity in plant (P <0.05). This anomaly can be explained from the following two aspects or assumptions , namely: endophytic fungi in drought stress-induced rise of CAT activity , rising CAT activity and inhibit the the POD enzyme 's activity ; or endophytic fungi exist or its metabolites to inhibit the enzyme activity of POD . To really explain this phenomenon , molecular biology research and discussion . 3. E to plants drought morphological characteristics of the performance is better than E ~ plants under drought stress , root biomass , leaf were higher than the non - contaminated plants ; recovery rate after the drought contaminated plants reached more than 70% , without contaminated plants not to 2%.
