Abstract

Bronchial asthma is a common disease . The study found that patients with different stages of asthma airway wall there are varying degrees of inflammatory cell infiltration, mucosal edema , mucosal epithelial cell necrosis and inflammatory changes . The inflammatory airway hyperresponsiveness, airway wall injury and remodeling of the main factors . Judge the nature and extent of airway inflammation prevention and treatment of asthma is important. In recent years, by detecting the induced sputum indicators to assess airway inflammation gradually become a research hotspot . Hypertonic saline induced sputum cytology and inflammatory mediators verification by analysis to judge the feasibility of asthmatic airways inflammation , this study selected patients with asthma bronchial washing fluid and bronchial mucosal tissue as control and found that hypertonic saline - induced sputum and bronchial washing fluid inflammatory cells ( neutrophils, eosinophils , lymphocytes ) and mediators of inflammation eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) is a good correlation ( P < 0.05 ) , confirmed as a practical viable non-invasive means of sputum and bronchial washing liquid -like inflammatory cells and media change quantitative information , objective response to the evolution of airway inflammation ; This paper compares the 29 cases of asthma , 30 patients with chronic bronchitis and 14 cases differences of non - airway disease induced sputum ingredients , liquid indicator results show that asthma in induced sputum ECP concentration ( 1583.93μg of / L ) was significantly higher than the other two groups , and symptom scores were positively correlated ( r = 0.891 ) , and the use of ECP identify two groups of asthma and chronic bronchitis, airway disease with high specificity ( 0.773 ) , sensitivity ( 0.793 ) ; cell composition analysis showed that nearly half of patients with asthma ( 14 /29) in induced sputum in neutral granulocyte - based support of neutrophils in the pathogenesis of asthma may play an important role ; this study also analyzed the characteristics of chronic asthmatic bronchitis induced illness , results showed that patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis can be divided into two group , a group of ECP and tryptase ( tryptase ) concentrations were higher on the contrary , another group , suggesting that part of the real asthmatic patients with chronic bronchitis acute asthma attacks .
