Abstract


With the deepening of economic reforms , the rapid development of our brokerage , but the problem of lack of funds has not been an effective solution to greatly affect the the brokerage business expansion and sustainable development . This paper expounded China 's brokerage funding problems and financing problems , brokerage financing the current role and limitations of the analysis , which explains the current financing mainly to solve the brokerage 's short-term funding problems , failed to meet the development needs of the brokerage business and within source financing and external financing based on the theory outside source of financing for the direction on the basis of existing financing , focusing on the development of the recommendations of the way of long - term financing , and learn from foreign investment banks , securities companies experience , some specific development , such as public financing , the issuance of bonds and notes , securities financing assets management company .
