Abstract


In this paper, literature research method , empirical research , case analysis and other scientific research methods , the venture capital project evaluation methods and their information management , a more systematic and in-depth research . First discussed theoretically in venture capital , information management , reduce risk , risk prevention , and research of domestic and foreign experts in risk investment evaluation described summarize , combined with domestic economic and cultural environment , analysis of the characteristics of the current risk assessment of investment projects in China . This innovation to design a project evaluation system of venture investment in China , including the assessment of the risk of investment projects program and project index system , design a standardized operational processes through the assessment process for the day - to - day assessment of the venture capital firm ; assessment index system from the success or failure of the investment projects refining a key role in influencing factors and hierarchical organization , allowing the project to assess the high - efficiency and low cost , the provision of investment decision-making basis . This article is the first organization to use for project evaluation information for in-depth study . First , from the point of view of information management for project evaluation stage , the sources of information, the flow of information channels , information acquisition mode , information analysis method to analyze and explore the way of rational use of information in the process of project evaluation in order to improve the evaluation and decision making when information uncertainty, to provide information security for the correct assessment .
