Abstract


At present there are in theory for the information industry demarcation is not clear, so from the technical nature, discusses the structure of information industry division theory, and the information industry is divided into: information carrier and equipment industrial manufacturing, information production and transmission services, the research and development of knowledge information in three aspects. Although the development of China's information industry show sustained high growth trend and some of the new trend, but there are still some problems and difficulties. Therefore, we need to seek suitable for China's national conditions of information industry development structure and key areas, the paper also discussed from technical innovation, management innovation and policy innovation Angle of perfecting our country's information industry innovation system of countermeasures.
