Abstract


Tang advertising agency is a private enterprise specializing in the advertising agency business . The company is small , but high-quality employees . Tang , there are some shortcomings in human resources management , and not according to the different stages of enterprise development , human resources systems and practices from a strategic height adjusted accordingly , resulting in the incentives , recruitment and new employee rehousing some of the problems caused dissatisfaction of the employees of the company , the company faced the further development of the predicament . In the case studies section integrated use of the knowledge of human resources management , management, organizational behavior , analysis and research service-oriented SMEs in human resources management , especially the cultivation of highly qualified staff dedication , from the introduction of strategic management and human resources management concept began to train highly qualified staff dedicated measures and solutions , including : two-way communication , nurturing a sense of team , shaping corporate culture and improving leadership style and reward programs to help employees achieve personal values ??and broaden the sources of talent , good staff recruitment selection work , want to be able to provide useful inspiration on how to improve the service-oriented SMEs in the high-quality human resources management staff .
