Purpose of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients with serum sCD40L , TNF - a , CRP levels to explore inflammation with OSAHS and its relationship with CHD . The method selected in our hospital for treatment of male OSAHS patients 55 Li , which mere moderate to severe OSAHS patients 40 Li , with OSAHS merger CHD patients 15 Li elect 15 cases of normal control group to take 15 cases of severe OSAHS patients line CPAP therapy for the treatment group . Determination of serum soluble CD40-L (SCD40L), tumor necrosis factor -a (TNF-a), C- reactive protein (CRP) level . Were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis . Analysis and comparison between the groups before and after CPAP treatment indicators change . Results OSAHS group and its combined CHD patients SCD40L, TNF-a, CRP levels were ( 6.51 ± 3.29 ng / ml , the 20.12 ± 4.23pg/ml , 1.88 ± 0.89 mg / l and 9.11 ± 3.01 ng / ml, 25.14 ± 4.15pg/ml, 4.21 ± 2.50 mg / l), were higher than that in the control group (3.06 ± 1.40ng/ml, 9.7 ± 3.12pg/ml, 0.61 ± 0.23 mg / l), and of the OSAHS groups and their combined CHD patients significant difference between ; two groups of patients with OSAHS serum sCD40L and CRP were positively correlated with AHI (r = 0.611,0.515 0.845,0.493, P lt; 0.01) and lowest oxygen saturation negative correlation (r = -0.622 , -0.606 and -0.769, -0.565, P lt; 0.01 ) , TNF -a and AHI, lowest SpO2 was no significant correlation . Severe OSAHS CPAP treatment SCD40L on level of 7.13 ± 2.16 ng / ml, higher than the level after treatment ( 3.91 ± 2.3 ) ng / ml . Conclusion sCD40L , TNF -a , CRP levels increased with OSAHS and OSAHS concurrent CHD is closely related , sCD40L , CRP and OSAHS severity of CPAP treatment can reduce SCD40L level . OSAHS associated inflammatory response may be related to the occurrence of atherosclerosis , development related , sCD40L , TNF -a , CRP levels may be an important factor in its concurrent CHD .
