Objective To detect endometrial cancer of Syndecan-1, E-cadherin and CD44v3 expression, to explore the relationship between of Syndecan-1, E-cadherin and CD44v3 endometrial cancer occurrence and development, invasion and metastasis. Syndecan-1, E-cad and CD44v3 in 56 cases of endometrial cancer tissues using immunohistochemical methods to detect the expression of the 20 cases of normal endometrial tissue and 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia and endometrial tissue. (1) Syndecan-1 results in endometrial cancer group, strong positive expression rate of atypical hyperplasia endometrium and normal endometrium group were 71.43%, 45.00%, 30.00%, endometrial cancer group was significantly liter high, three were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Independent of Syndecan-1 expression and the patient's age, ethnicity, menstrual status, histological type (P gt; 0.05), and histological grade of endometrial cancer, with or without myometrial invasion and surgical - pathologic stage (P lt; 0.05). (2) E-cad endometrial carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and normal endometrium group strongly positive expression rate were 41.07%, 70.00%, 85.00%, endometrial cancer group E-cad significantly down three more statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). E-cad expression and the patient's age, ethnicity, menopausal status, histological type and presence or absence of myometrial infiltration unrelated (P gt; 0.05), and histological grade of endometrial cancer, surgical - pathologic stage (P lt; 0.05). (3) endometrial cancer Syndecan-1 and E-cad expression was negatively correlated statistically (rs = -0.275, P lt; 0.05). (4) CD44v3 in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia and endometrial tissue and endometrial cancer tissues showed no positive expression. Conclusion (1) strong positive rate of Syndecan-1 in endometrial cancer tissue than normal endometrium and endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissue, and histological grade of endometrial cancer, with or without muscle layer infiltration and surgical - pathologic stage; E-cad expression in endometrial cancer than in normal endometrium and atypical hyperplasia endometrial organizations, and histological grade endometrial cancer surgery - pathological period, suggesting Syndecan-1 and E-cad plays an important role in the development of endometrial cancer. (2) Syndecan-1 and E-cad and endometrial cancer invasion and metastasis are closely related, of Syndecan-1 upregulation, downregulation of E-cadherin may signal endometrial cancer increased the degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. (3) joint detection Syndecan-1 and E-cad can help in many ways to understand the degree of malignancy of endometrial cancer. (4) CD44v3 no positive expression in endometrial cancer tissue, may be associated with the development of endometrial cancer unrelated.
