Abstract


Purpose: to evaluate the internal and external combined treatment for infantile pneumonia asthma closed lung syndrome, phlegm hot wind closing lung syndrome clinical efficacy. Methods: 120 cases of pneumonia asthma closed lung syndrome, phlegm hot wind close your children with lung syndrome, 64 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group 56 cases, control group adopted traditional xi phlogistic flat and symptomatic treatment, patients in the control group on the basis of syndrome differentiation combined with oral medicine, apply the powder for external use, observe two groups of symptoms and signs of improvement. Results: hot wind closing lung syndrome treatment group the total effective rate was 96.30%, control group is 90.91%; Phlegm heat closed lung syndrome treatment group the total effective rate was 97.22%, control group was 94.12%. Card of two group after treatment the total score, fever, cough, sputum, indicates, asthma, lung), and X-ray integral were better than that in control group after treatment, difference has statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the combined treatment for infantile pneumonia asthma both inside and outside the wind shut lung syndrome, phlegm hot closing lung syndrome curative effect is distinct, have important clinical application value.
