Abstract


Objective: Malignant tumors are life-threatening traumatic life events, patients under enormous psychological pressure, easily lead to post-traumatic stress disorder. The purpose of this study was to investigate the study of malignant tumors in patients with traumatic stress disorder symptoms characteristics and comorbidity, and to explore the influencing factors of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms analysis coping style, social support, personality characteristics and post-traumatic stress disorder relations, and further analysis of the role of the law of the post-traumatic stress disorder. In order to be able to be on the basis of this study, of patients with malignant tumors of post-traumatic stress disorder more effectively targeted psychological interventions. Methods: A self-made questionnaire and the following general questionnaire research to understand Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, 215 patients with malignant tumors in patients with malignant tumors of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms and mental health, stress factors. 1 Medical Coping Style Questionnaire (MCMQ), to assess the patient's response. Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), for the assessment of patients can take advantage of external resources. 3, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale for Chinese version (EPQ-RSC), for the assessment of patients with a unique and stable behavior style and way of thinking. , Post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale (PTSD-SS) for the assessment of patients with post-traumatic psychological symptoms, including repeated reproduce, increased alertness, avoidance symptoms. 5, Symptom Checklist (SCL-90), to assess the mental health status of patients. The data entered into the computer using SPSS15.0 statistical software for frequency analysis, correlation analysis (Pearson correlation coefficient) and multiple linear regression, test level α = 0.05. Using LISREL8.7 for structural equation modeling analysis. Results: 1, in patients with malignant tumors of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms score 50,60 mildly abnormal in severe abnormalities standard mild abnormalities accounted for more than 30.5%, in severe abnormalities above 24.7%. 2, post-traumatic stress disorder symptom score and the different dimensions of social support and objective support, support utilization related (P lt; 0.05) there is a certain degree of nervousness. 3, regression analysis showed that only the neurotic eventually into the regression equation, 27.4% of the explained the dependent variable. 4, the structural equation model neuroticism, social support had a significant effect on PTSD symptoms, standardized path coefficient of 0.502, social support standardized path coefficient was 0.148. 5 patients with malignant tumors of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms and symptom checklist somatization, obsession, depression, paranoia factor correlation (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: 1, in patients with malignant tumors showed higher traumatic stress disorder symptoms, nearly one-third of patients presenting with highly abnormal, when paid attention. Social support in patients with malignant tumors of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms have a dampening effect, the objective of which support the utilization of support is an important factor. Personality characteristics, social support can significantly predict malignancy in patients with traumatic stress disorder symptoms, including nervousness (sensitive, emotional, easy to anxiety and depression) are predisposing factors. In stress-related factors, the core elements of personality characteristics predict malignancy in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms. Social support, coping style personality factors play a role. 5 patients with malignant presence of post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms associated with a variety of mental health problems.
