Abstract


Curcumin from Zingiberaceae Turmeric is a yellow pigment plant turmeric rhizome extract with β-diketone structure . Curcumin has anti-inflammatory , antioxidant and other medicinal properties , especially in recent years, anti- tumor development prospects , making it the focus of attention of the pharmaceutical sector . However, the structure-activity relationship studies of curcumin is not clear , therefore , the design and synthesis of curcumin and its analogues has some theoretical significance and application value . This thesis the synthesis process of curcumin has been improved , and then study its cyclodextrin inclusion complexes and soluble sodium salt , respectively , in order to overcome the shortcomings of low curcumin water-soluble . On this basis , the carbomer matrix gel formulation of curcumin discussed . The following major elements: a substituted benzaldehyde and acetylacetone as the raw material , ethanolamine as a catalyst, by examining the reaction time , reaction temperature , amount of catalyst and other factors on the synthetic yield synthesis process , curcumin and its analogues optimized . Second , for curcumin small solubility disadvantages package reaction of β-cyclodextrin with the curcumin molecule carried out research, the inclusion ratio of the inclusion complex and inclusion constants were measured ; Meanwhile, the design and preparation of curcumin sodium salt in order to increase the solubility, and tracking the changes in its optical properties (UV, fluorescence) . Prepared the the two gel formulation of curcumin and established its basic quality standards inspection ; the two drugs Determination method , and curcumin gel prepared a safety evaluation . Results show that the established method for determination of both drugs can be effectively measured by the gelling agent curcumin content of the drug , and the prepared the curcumin alcohol gels hydrogel sizing agent without toxicity and irritation , can be used as the surface of the skin of a safe medication.
