Abstract


[ Objective] : Tripterygium glycosides piece (GTW) To explore the self help fine soup male SD rats reproductive dysfunction and its mechanism of part of the role . [ Method ] : Take 15 -month-old male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups of 10 each . Tripterygium Glucosides piece (GTW) suspension gavage ( 20mg/kg · d ) were given to 14 consecutive days of modeling . 14 days later, the group , randomly selected from a group as a model group in the subsequent experimental study process , to saline quantitative gavage . The remaining three groups were given self help fine soup low-dose , medium -dose , high dose gavage, 28 days of continuous operation on time and quantity . Course of the experiment , the daily observed and recorded activities in rats , body weight , and changes in mental status ; 24 hours of the last administration, the rats were sacrificed , measured testicular epididymis wet weight ; take epididymal fluid microscope sperm density , motility and viability rate ; optical microscopy and image analysis system to observe the microscopic structure of the testis ; measured serum testosterone (T) levels. [ Results ] : for personal use Tripterygium glycosides (GTW) suspension gavage 5 days , the rats showed reduced weight loss , chills , activities , unresponsive , curly hair , yellow , dry dull easy off clammy tail on spleen and kidney yang - like symptoms; improve the symptoms and manifestations of self help fine soup gavage groups varying degrees ; the end of the experiment , the treatment group compared with model group the testicular the epididymis organ coefficient , sperm density sperm motility and survival rate , the number of testicular seminiferous tubule diameter and interstitial cells , serum testosterone are improved with statistical significance. [Conclusion] : tripterygium glycosides tablet (GTW) suspension gavage simulated male SD rat spleen deficiency reproductive dysfunction syndrome model , resulting in decreased reproductive capacity in rats , self help fine soup can improve Tripterygium glycosides (GTW) in rats exposed to testicular epididymis organ coefficient ; improve Tripterygium glycosides (GTW) exposed rats semen and sperm density , vitality and viability ; increase Tripterygium glycosides (GTW) exposure the number of rat testis seminiferous tubule diameter and interstitial cells ; improve Tripterygium glycosides (GTW) in rats exposed to serum testosterone levels . Self help fine soup can effectively antagonistic Tripterygium glycosides (GTW) to protect their reproductive function of reproductive toxicity in SD rats , role.
