Abstract


Abstract: The constant improvement of software process established stable foundation to accelerate the course of software engineering,as time goes on, people lay more and more stress on the process, new process methods emerge in an endless way. This paper synthesizes the most well-received methods, and suggests a method of software process based on CMM/PSP/TSP and XP, on one hand, ensuring a high quality product within the limits of time and cost, on the other hand, collecting some measuring data and process indicator to direct and improve the future process, enhancing the capability of enterprise’s software manufacture. The research of this topic is actual meaning and academic value to the production of software industrialization and the deeper research of software engineering.This paper’s main jobs are as the following:First, combine the experience of a practical project, comment the main problems during the software process, advance the importance of the capability of enterprise’s software manufacture. Second, introduce the theory of software process, explain and estimate several poplar process methods. Third, state the possibility of this process method by explaining the relationship between CMM/PSP/TSP and XP.Forth, detailed state this software process method combining the standard of CMM/PSP/TSP and XP, how it is used in the four cycle of software process, how to organize people and the main documents and products, etc.Final, list the main jobs done by the author during the project.
