Abstract


Owing to the disposable property of engineering project, we could not fumble the relative fixed regulation like installing some components repeatedly. Consequently, the engineering project is inevitably influenced by risks from every aspect, and it produces a lot of uncertainties to the engineering project in the processes of scheme, startup, running, etc. Therefore, as the main practice person of engineering management, we should perceive and treat the risks prudently, nip the encountered risks and disturbing factors in the bud, and consequently, it can avoid and reduce the losses of economy, quality, construction period and others. The engineering manager should discriminate each kind of risk in the engineering project in advance by all kinds of means, and establish the corresponding schemes. They should constantly intensify and update the control methods and supervision methods in the process management, process the risk factors in the engineering courses scientifically and reasonably, and they can make themselves to better overview the comprehensive situation, grip the main contradictions, improve the occasion, transform menaces into golden opportunities, and transform the disadvantages into advantages.Under the foundation of the development situation of home and abroad engineering project risk management, taking the new pattern equipment adopted by some projects, this paper carefully analyzes the general situation of research projects of this equipment (namely, the efficient soft foundation treatment equipment), and processes determination and quantization to the market risks, technological risks, economic risks, social risks, and the branch risks contained in each risk. Surrounding with the general measures of dealing with risks, this paper illustrates the approach and method detailedly and pertinently which can deal with the four risks above. Through the risk analysis and tracking survey in the operation process of this equipment, this paper gives detailed effect evaluation.By means of analysis of technique improvement space, expanding reproduction evaluation and changing production of the new equipment, this paper analyzes the transforming chance and development foreground of the risks and threatens applied in the engineering for the new equipment and new technology, and puts forward the feasible suggestions to the further improvement of the functions of the new equipment.
