Abstract


In this study, on the basis of literature review and the interview, put forward the matching of employee - organization structure, composed by the employee - organization matching test questionnaire that is suitable for the employees. In this study, by means of conventional measurement and email questionnaire for 286 enterprise employees, employee - organization matching on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, turnover intention and job performance. Results show that: (1) employees values on organizational citizenship behavior, job performance have a significant positive prediction function, organizational values have significant negative prediction function on turnover intention; (2) the personality trait have significant positive prediction function on organizational citizenship behavior, but the turnover intention and job performance has significant negative predictive effect, culture on organizational citizenship behavior, turnover intention and job performance prediction effect is relatively low; (3) D - A match of organizational citizenship behavior, job performance have A significant positive prediction function, N - S match of organizational citizenship behavior, job performance have A significant positive prediction function, but the turnover intention have significant negative prediction function, D - A matching role for the forecast of turnover intention is low.
