Abstract


The author read a lot of domestic and foreign experts on the health care system works and research results , analysis of the main constituent elements of the national health care system and related factors , the establishment of macro - evaluation index system of international medical insurance system . Scale method to quantify the description of the type and data type indicators, scoring comparisons and macro- evaluation on the part of the national health care system . Then , analyze the current situation and existing problems of China's medical security system to identify appropriate countermeasures and solutions . Medicare for China 's labor and social security departments to develop policies and guidelines to provide comments and suggestions with reference to the theoretical and practical significance . Research methods , through the establishment of macro - evaluation index system of international medical insurance system , the use of the scale quantitative scoring method , comparison , evaluation and analysis of the research objectives . The main argument of this paper are: the reform of the economic system greatly promoted China's economic development, and improve productivity . In economic transition , China's health care system is far behind the needs of economic and social development , resulting in economic and social development is not balanced , harmonious. Comparison and analysis show that China's medical security system in score at the end of the sample countries . Speed ??up the construction of medical security system has become imperative.
